All volunteers are required to attend an on-site orientation on Friday, August 29 at 6:30 pm. In return, you'll receive event credentials, parking pass, and a volunteer t-shirt. Yes, there is a required in-person orientation Friday, August 29th at 6:30 p.m. at the Field of Dreams Movie Site (28995 Lansing Rd, Dyersville, IA 52040).
Additional details on arrival, parking, and duration will be provided closer in August.

Guest Services: Assisting concert attendees with questions, lost and founds, and visitor information.
Front Entrance Attendant: Scanning tickets for venue entry and helping with attendee questions.
ID Checker, VIP ID Checker, Home Run VIP ID Checker: Operating ID checker devices and placing wristbands on 21+ attendees. Must be 21+.
VIP Entrance Attendant & Home Run VIP Entrance Attendant: Monitoring VIP section entrances and assisting with VIP experiences.
ADA Assistant: Transporting ADA guests and their guest from the parking areas to concert entrances. Must be 25+ and have a valid driver's license.
Floater: Assisting in various volunteer positions as needed with crowd flow.

Yes, as posted in the online signup. Volunteers are able to work a morning shift and remain on site for the duration of the concert day and then return for a second day of concerts!

Yes, after the volunteer shift, volunteers are able to access the concert for the day they are volunteering. This includes shifts taking place earlier in the day.

A day-of-show parking pass will be provided at the required orientation with specific details.
