Bring the kids to the Field of Dreams for a free day of winter fun! Bounce through winter inflatables, win prizes at carnival games, get your face painted, and say hello to our highland cows and goats. Take a horse-drawn wagon ride, make a holiday craft, and catch a fan-favorite holiday movie on the videoboard. Warm up with hot chocolate and festive treats along the way.

The Winter Carnival is free to attend, thanks to our sponsor Travel Dubuque. Visit the highland cows and goats from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and hop on a horse-drawn wagon ride from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., first-come, first-served. Treat yourself to a Hot Chocolate Bar for $10 or a Cookie Decorating Kit for $8, or grab pizza in the Event Center. Most activities are outdoors, so dress for the weather. Help pick the movies for our videoboard by voting for your top two holiday favorites by November 17.

Hot Chocolate Bar - $10 per person
Build a merry cup of hot chocolate with a variety of toppings and plenty of photo-worthy flair.
Cookie Decorating Kit - $8 per kit
Two cookies, icing and sprinkles: everything you need for a little edible masterpiece, no sugarcoating required.

Inflatables, face painting, wagon rides and crafts start at 11 a.m. Arrive early to enjoy it all.

11 a.m. to 4 p.m., so our horses can get home safely before dark. Rides are first-come, first-served.

Most activities are outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Some activities are indoors, and we may move more inside if the weather turns.
