Private Field Rental
Rent the Field of Dreams Movie Site field for private use Sundays through Thursdays, April 1–October 31, from 8–9 a.m. or 6–10 p.m. $300 for the first hour, $150 each additional hour. A $25 fee applies for chalking lines and batter’s boxes. Sundays are unavailable Memorial Day weekend through the end of July.
Competitive Game Rental
Rent the field for a 2-hour adult or high school competitive game for $525, including safety netting and chalked lines and batter’s boxes. Additional time is $150/hour.

Barn Event Center
The original 1870s barn has been renovated into a modern event center. From weddings to graduation parties, our 2,600 square foot barn holds 150 guests comfortably and includes a bridal room, restrooms, catering kitchen, and a full-service bar. This Is Iowa Ballpark Banquet Event Space
Overlooking the iconic This Is Iowa Ballpark and the surrounding Iowa countryside, this versatile event space offers a unique setting for celebrations, meetings, and special events.
With seating for up to 248 guests at round tables, the space features modern amenities, flexible layouts, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ballpark. It’s an ideal setting for corporate gatherings, weddings, fundraisers, reunions, awards banquets, and private receptions.
